Yarekx IT Consulting LLC was founded by  Jaroslaw “Yarek” Biernacki  in 2006 in Reston, VA, within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.  

Mr. Biernacki’s experience consists of 27 years in computers and networks, 20 years in information security / assurance, 16 years in information system (IS) security auditing, 14 years in project management, 14 years in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, 14 years in application security, 14 years supporting government client’s, and 6 years in supporting commercial companies in telecommunication, financial services, and banking industry, including Core Banking System (CBS) Information Systems (IS) security audits.

Mr. Biernacki’s education includes ~50 IT certifications (including CISSP, CISA, CISM, GWAPT, LTP, ECSA, CEH, CCDP, CCNP, MSCE, Network+, A+, and others), 100+ courses, a Master Degree in Geography (1990), and a second Master Degree in Information Security (2004).
